RONMAN SPECTATOR FRIENDLY!! ON ALII DRIVE. RUN COURSE!
Our 1 bed, 1 bath condo is near Kailua Village with access to coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife, retail shops, pier, museum, and many activities. You’ll love our condo because of the location, views, & ambiance. Our place is good for couples & families (max. of 4, preferably 2 adults and 2 small kids). You can see, hear & smell the ocean. Kona Shores is a quiet community with salt water swimming pool, BBQ area & beach access nearby.
The space
Masters bedroom has a king size bed and 42" TV that streams Netflix, Disney and Prime Video.

Sofa Bed is full size and comfortably sleeps 2 adults. We have a spare twin size futon if one of your guest doesn't want to share the sofa bed.

Living room has 52" Roku TV and is ready to stream Netflix, Disney and Prime Video. Has access to local cable channels as well.

Dining Area sits 4 people comfortably.

We have plenty of towels, pillows, beach towels, sarongs, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag, boogie board and ice cooler ready for your enjoyment.

We have plenty of blankets, linens and other amenities so leave your shampoos and sunscreen at home.

Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker (with free coffee grinds and creamer), please check the cupboards. Pots and pans, toaster and rice cooker. Everything you need!!!

Excellent little condo, very well maintained

In Kona, on Ali'i Drive, with shore access, we found this very comfortably furnished condo. It is very well maintained and provides many extras, so you've got everything you need to start your holidays. There are beaches nearby, the restaurants (downtown Kona) are easy to reach. Being based in Kona you have many possibilities to explore the Big Island. Checkin/out is easy with codes provided. We enjoyed staying at this very well equipped and nicely decorated condo.
