Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The location in central Kailua-Kona made the whole town walkable. Staying here was just delightful. The only thing that could make this better would be the option to for a later checkout time. Aloha!

We had an excellent stay at this amazing space. The home was clean, beds were comfy, the internet was fast, the kitchen was ready for any cooking we needed to do. Central location meant we could easily walk to Ali’i drive and explore and there were lots of amazing restaurants around. Appreciated the beach chairs and pool noodles, were great for day trips and snorkeling. Washing machine was also so convenient to have! Great stay. Highly recommend!

The condo is beautiful, very well thought out. Very clean. The downside is it is so HOT inside the unit that the fans and tiny A/C units do nothing to cool it down. Because of the heat, I was looking forward to leave the condo. So unfortunate that this pretty condo didn’t have sufficient cooling. This condo is advertised as a two bedroom unit, but it is a one bedroom with a bed in the loft that gets direct sunlight all day long and heats up.

The apartment was clean and a great location. The apartment has one air-conditioning unit in a bedroom which worked fine. The other "bedroom" is a loft with no air-conditioning which made it unbearable to sleep in. Most nights it was only possible to sleep on the couch. There were 2 floor fans provided but just circulated the warm air. The main air conditioner for the apartment was not enough to cool the apartment. Extra floor fans were required to keep it bearable. The apartment lacked adequate curtains and blinds to keep the sun from baking the rooms. I would not stay here again due to the lack of air conditioning.

First let me say the description of the residence is accurate. The location is in a quiet condo community surrounded by thoughtful neighbors. Be mindful that there is no elevator, so you will be required to walk up stair with your luggage to the third floor. Inside, you will see that great care was taken with the decoration of the home. There were board and card games available in the living room, in addition to a large flat screen tv. Having breakfast on the lanai while the sun peaked over the mountain line was the stuff that Hollywood scripts were based upon. The unit can get unbearably warm on hot days, so it is adviseable to leave the ceiling unit and perhaps bring a portable fan to cool it off. All of these things I mention are observations and definitely not complaints that wouldn't have deterred me from staying here again. However, the deal breaker were the unwelcome cockroaches that appeared in the kitchen . After returning from a day trip to Honolulu, we returned to one of these disease-carrying visitors that scuttled across the pantry door. I would have dismissed it easily, but then one of his friends popped out from the microwave. I have visited several countries and other states, where pests like this might be prevalent, but it is unacceptable to have them in the home where there appears to be no effort to manage infestation. My biggest concern was possibly carrying a grifter back to my own home, which would cause a costly issue. The next morning, I awake to find another roach in the kitchen. I called the property management company and eventually got in touch with Alyssa, who then escalated it to her supervisor. My rating does not reflect my interaction with the property managers, who I felt took my concern into great consideration and even provided a refund for a portion of our stay. I appreciated that they were considerate and seemed the empathize with our plight. My review is solely based on the discomfort I felt after seeing pests in what could have been and should have been a relaxing vacation. I would chose to work with this company again, as I have in the past for future visits, due completely on how I felt the property supervisor addressed my concerns and tried to find resolution. Until the roach infestation is addressed and controlled in this unit, I would recommend not having it part of their rental inventory. Outside of that, it is conveniently located to the beach and airport, a quaint shopping village, major retail chains , countless restaurants and a view on the bay that is to die for.

We are here in Kona so my nephew can compete in Iron Man 2022. Location of condo is excellent for all Iron Man activities. The loft bedroom and bathroom never got below 80°! This was a real problem for sleeping comfortably! I would also suggest that the property description include that this condo is a third floor walk up. I would definitely stay here again if attending another Iron Man event.

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. We really appreciated having access to a few beach chairs and pool noodles. While we weren't on the water, getting around town was even easier because of the central location. Our teen boys enjoyed the pool, and I liked that I could sit on the balcony and read and still keep an eye on them. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
