Such a beautiful ocean view! This is a well stocked condo and a nice bonus to have chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Not one complaint!

The communication is excellent! The condo is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view.I love close proximity to the beach with easy snorkeling. We saw turtles,fish, octopuses, and an eel. The pool is very nice and not crowded at all. There are plenty of parking spaces available too. There is restaurant called Magic Grill down the street that was good. The host was wonderful! I definitely recommend this condo.

Tastefully decorated property at the best location

The two bed two bath condo worked perfectly for our family of 4. It has all the supplies you need -- snorkel and beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, all the utensils in kitchen. A LOT of towels too. I can't recommend this property enough. We truly felt it was our home away from home. The location is superb. It's not at the busiest Kona part yet only 4 minutes to the Keauhou shopping center.

Home away from home

Our stay was amazing! The location was great, not too busy. The owners of this property really thought of everything! From beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards. We do not have small children, but there was even a stroller which I thought was amazing ! I would 10/10 stay here again if I come back to Kona, it was a wonderful place to stay with my family. Truly a home away from home.

Great vacation spot near beach

We recently stayed at the Beach Villas at Kahaluu for a family vacation, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. With two adults and two teenagers, we needed a space that was both comfortable and spacious—and this place delivered.The villa was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed to feel at home, including a full kitchen for preparing meals. The added extras, like boogie boards and fishing rods, made our beach days even more enjoyable.Each morning, we started our day by sipping coffee while enjoying the stunning ocean view—a wonderfully relaxing way to ease into the day. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the island and return to a cozy and welcoming space after a day of adventures.We loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway near the beach!

Great deal!

Cute place, clean, good beds, good kitchen & hang out spaces, and a nice full view of the snorkel park and ocean. Sadly the snorkel park had closed for a week for coral spawning, but if it had been open, it’s an easy walk across the street! Good pool!

Perfect in Paradise

This condo and location were perfect for our family for the 5 nights we stayed here. The ease of accessing Kahaluu Beach across the street was fantastic - we saw so many colorful fish! The condo had everything we needed for our stay to cook, to do laundry, extra towels for the beach and beach accessories such as coolers and an umbrella. It's a safe, clean and well kept area. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and location highly recommended

We loved staying here, and hate having to go home! Everything was provided, including a lovely gift basket that kept us fed with fruit the entire week. The owners were very gracious and accommodating to us. We highly recommend it!

Delightful

We were able to check in easily. Communication with the host and Brandon were great. We assisted with a slight bird issue but Brandon came by to ensure we could still use the dryer. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It is about 15 minutes from the businesses in Kona and the beach across the street is a great place to watch sunsets.

Host provided many fruits and treats as welcome gifts. Location was perfect for us, swimming pool and hot tub wonderful even though we used them only once since we traveled around the island most of our 5 day/night stay. Host provided everything we could have wanted. Snorkels fins, large cooler, all kitchen supplies coffee bean grinder, beach chairs, (one probably needs replacing) Overall 5 star host, apartment, and location. We would do it again! Many thanks to host Brian!

Great location!

Our family took their first vacation to Hawaii and it was incredible made even better by this gem of a condo! Great location, fun pool, and very accommodating hosts! The beach access and snorkeling just across the street can’t be beat! We highly recommend!

Wonderful!

We stayed at this property for almost a week in June. It was awesome - it was super clean, had comfortable beds and everything we needed for a beach vacation (beach towels, snorkels, sunscreen). Upon arrival, there was a huge fruit basket filled with fruits, jams, and coffee for us to enjoy. This condo is a great location - right across from a snorkel beach and a 15 min drive to downtown Kona. There’s also a grocery store about a 2 min drive up the road (definitely walkable). The lanai was perfect to enjoy coffee every morning with a view of the ocean. Air conditioning was definitely needed and a great addition to our stay. Thanks for providing a great place to stay for us to enjoy Hawaii!!

Comfortable Condo, Great Lanai

This condo has everything you need. We really appreciated extras like a complimentary fruit basket, beach chairs/towels, snorkel gear, and guide books about the island. Beds were comfortable. The best part for us was the lanai: perfect for enjoying meals, sunrises, and sunsets. Location is great for snorkeling & surfing at Kahalu’u Beach Park. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to Kailua-Kona’s restaurants and shops. It was worth the extra cost for AC while we were there (May/June).

When can we go back?

This condo is amazing - prime location (right across the street from a beach park), spacious/comfortable with a large lanai with a full view of the ocean, and very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the owner provided a wonderful welcome basket of local fruit, coffee, and jams, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Also, as other reviewers have said, the pictures don't do justice to the beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. We loved this place and definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Kona. Check-in and check-out and communication with the owner were so easy, and the owner replied immediately when we had a minor concern. We recommend this property highly!

Perfect beach view condo south of Kona

We stayed 8 nights at this spacious condo. The covered lanai was perfect for enjoying the views and amazing sunsets. We snorkeled and surfed most days and rented snorkle gear and surf boards just down the street. We walked a mile to Magic sands white sand beach or you can drive. 20 minutes from Costco and many restaurants in Kona. Well equipped and stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. We prepared most meals in. The air conditioning was well worth the extra fee. We will definitely book this place again!
