The road that turns off from the main road to off-road that leads to the property is easily missed if not paying attention though, would suggest people to be careful of that."

"We had a great time at Fran’s place, there are great red rock views from all rooms of the house. There were so many nice touches that made our stay extra comfortable and the communication with the host was so easy. The house was walking distance to restaurants and close driving to hiking trails. We loved Sedona and look forward to coming back one day!"

"This was super cool for me and my young adult kids when we were hiking The Grand Canyon a couple days. Convenient location only 30 minutes from GCNP south entrance. Super clean. The beds were so comfortable. Soft, thick blankets for cool evening. Night sky was amazing!"

"My friend and I brought our kids to stay for a quick getaway. We throughly enjoyed the amenities, location, and relaxed atmosphere provided here. There were plenty of places to sleep, cookware so we could make a few meals, and plenty of cozy blankets. The kids love the loft area as their own personal “play area”. I highly recommend for anyone looking for absolute relaxation!!"
