Lovely two-bedroom with loft condo with many upgrades. Screened-in lanai with table and 2 chairs. Great view of Fazio golf course and mountains. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room as well as ceiling fans throughout. Free WIFI and HD TV in both living room and master bedroom. Upstairs spacious bedroom has its own bathroom. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need. Downstairs bedroom and entire upstairs carpet has been replaced (April 2023) with beautiful tile. Ceramic tile flooring entry, hall, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Straight walk in from assigned parking, no stairs from outside and wheelchair accessible. Pool is stone throw away.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

This was a nice, quiet place to regroup every night before adventures the next day. The community is nice and quiet with a great on-property bar and grill, Lei Lei’s. The condo was clean and we really appreciated the in-unit laundry.

We had a great time in the North shore area staying here. The location was awesome and the condo was very clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and lunch, and a washer and dryer was so convenient. There are SO many yummy places nearby. We were walking distance to the beach at Turtle Bay, a short drive from Sharks cove for snorkeling, many nearby beaches to checkout. We would definitely stay here again! Our kids even loved the pool when they needed a break from the sand.

This unit was clean, all the appliances worked very well, and management staff were very helpful when we had problems getting through the gate when the key code did not work. Will definitely rebook again in the future.

We loved the location on the golf course and we were able to walk to the resort/beaches (about 10 minute walk). Also, there is a really good restaurant about a 5 minute walk. The location was quiet, and the condo was spacious, clean and perfect for our group. You can tell there have been upgrades done to the unit and it was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. The king bed in the master was wonderful. We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying in our Turtle Bay condo. Everything was as stated and the location was great, very central to all things on the North Shore. I originally didn't receive the info for the code to get into the condo and I called and they immediately sent it. The beach at the property is lovely and we were able to see a turtle while snorkeling, as well as several eels and many types of fish. You may want to bring your own snorkel gear or buy it on the island somewhere because renting it at the beach was $50. We ate at both the pool restaurant at the Ritz and Roy's on the beach and enjoyed both. We often drove to the beach and parked instead of walking and we never had trouble finding a spot. We were also able to shop close by and eat at many local spots, some just a few miles away, and everything was delicious!

This condo was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed. Things were clean and up to date. The water in the toilet was running when we arrived. I called it in that night and the next morning while we were out the rubber flap was replaced promptly. No complaints about the rental. The only thing was the pool was closed a few of the days but t that's out of the condos control. Check in and out was seamless. We will definitely be back.

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived and the downstairs air conditioner was turned on but not working. We had a difficult time figuring out how to get all of the fans working, but eventually did and the AC finally worked by the next day. The AC in the upstairs bedroom was never enough to cool it off, but the downstairs bedroom where the baby slept stayed reasonably cool. Other than the cooling system, all seemed fine: a basic condo with easy access to the pool and beach.
