Surf's up on the North Shore and our condo is ithe perfect place to Hang Ten! You'll appreciate the attention to detail, modern amenities and the chic, decor when you escape to our Surfer's Paradise. Our location provides easy access to the surrounding amenities, and we are one of the closest condos to the Turtle Bay Resort. Rest assured that 1 Bedroom plus Loft will be ready for you and your trip, as we are one of the very few condos that have a LEGAL vacation rental NUC certificate!

-Please note there is an exterior ring doorbell camera at the front door of the condo.

This is our "Home away from Home", so please take care of the condo as if it was your own.

We do not give refunds or discounts for "acts of god" or inclement weather. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case you are unable to travel due to Covid or any other unforeseen circumstance.
Please note that our license requires we have the names of all guests and valid government ID for guest that booking is listed under.
There may be additional fees incurred for damage, excess mess or loss of keys and parking pass

-By booking our condo all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and actions and fully release owners, managers, cleaners and any affiliates from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained due to Covid-19.

These are the amounts of taxes passed on. You are taxed on the gross amount, which includes your nightly rate and cleaning fee: State TAT (10.25%), O‘ahu TAT (3%), and GET (4.5%) apply and are included in your total price. An example: If Room charge and Cleaning Fee: $1000, TAT = $110, GET= $45 and OTAT= $30. Total Taxes would be $185 per required lodging tax.
