Magnificent large 7th floor end unit condo, considered the corner suite, is fully equipped with new furnishings, including barn doors, new ceilings, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring and ultra modern features throughout. This condo has literally been rebuilt from the studs up with no expense spared. The Royal Kahana 720 has 180 degrees views to enjoy all aspects of what the Maui island has to offer. The Royal Kahana is conveniently located halfway between Kapalua and Kaanapali and is near all of your favorite restaurants, beaches, activities and the Shops at Whalers Village. The condo is air conditioned for your comfort with high speed secure wifi and 3 TV's for your pleasure. A heated pool, lounge chairs, BBQ and gym are also available for your use. The lobby offers morning coffee and an on site concierge service to enhance all your Maui excursions. With the ocean right outside your building it just helps top off a magnificent vacation. The master bedroom includes a plush king size bed, with private master bath and it's own private access to the lanai. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to 1 large bed upon request. We also furnish beach towels and beach chairs for you enjoyment. Due to the Royal Kahana being directly ocean front, the beach is at the influence of mother nature throughout the seasons, which will influence the appearance, size and access. There are several year round beach access points within a short walk. Also, check out our 7 night stay and longer discounts! Beginning in 2024 there will be a $18 charge per night for parking. When you check in to the reception area upon arrival, they will take care of your nightly parking charge and provide you with your parking permit.

Memorable Anniversary Trip!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Royal Kahana. Brent was excellent host and truly made us feel welcomed with a bright note and delicious snacks on arrival! The unit was well equipped with all the amenities and with kids we didn’t have to worry about anything at all! It was clean, fresh and had a breathtaking view of the mountains as well as the ocean. Our group consisted of 21 people in 5 different condos all at Royal Kahana. It felt like home. There was construction going on but did not cause any issues or inconveniences. We really LOVED our stay!

We enjoyed our family stay in this Royal Kahana condo. Clean and easy check in. Older building but updated interior. Furniture in good condition and comfortable. Great sunsets! Would recommend it!

Royal Kahana 720

The condo was wonderful. Clean, nice decor, stocked well, great ocean view, and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The property did not disappoint. Brent was a wonderful host. He answered all our questions and promptly helped with any needs we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised! Beautiful condo for a family of 5. It was great to be able to see a mountain view and the ocean while enjoying coffee on the lanai. Brent is a great host , readily available to answer any of our questions , we would definitely stay again, thanks for the wonderful stay.

Family trip to Maui

I have stayed in short term rentals all over the world and this was one of our favorites. Plenty of space for a family of 5 (kids aged 15, 13 and 10). Location was great. We swam in the ocean every day. Amazing sunsets. Lots of little details that ensured a great stay such as snacks, kcups, beach chairs, towels etc. I would highly recommend and would stay again if ever in Maui in the future.

Great property in a great location

We spent 7 nights at this property and can't say enough great things about it. It is very clean and well stocked for our families needs. The kids had their own separate room with their own beds which was great for everyone's sleep schedules. The pool and beach were better than expected where the kids spent countless hours in them. Lastly, the location is more quiet but very close to everything we wanted to see in Maui. There are even some really good restaurants within walking distance for easy meals at night. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Fabulous Property

From even before we arrived to the condo the communication was great. Then we got to the condo and it exceeded our expectations! The condo is exactly how it is pictured. The view from the balcony is amazing. My family and I had come from 5 days in Oahu at a great resort but honestly we wished we had booked more of our time in Maui at Brent’s property. We would highly recommend! Each morning we walked to a great coffee shop and two of the evenings we walked to very close restaurants for dinner. Both the condo and the location is a 10 out of 10!

Not exactly as expected

The unit was tidy, and the check-in process was smooth. Although you are close to the ocean, there is no beach access on the property. The unit has been updated, however several updates were done with cost-cutting in mind. The shower rods are not securely fixed and tend to fall. Additionally, the coffee table lacks stability, swaying easily. The curtains are thin and somewhat transparent and let in a lot of light. The outdoor patio is small and quite compact. Although clean, we would not stay at this property again.

Relaxing stay for our family of 5 in this nicely appointed condo. As advertised, quiet location, enjoyed sunsets on the beach, visits to amazing spots such as the tide pools and a bit of a stressful drive for some banana bread. Great communication and definitely recommend!

Maui Vacation

This property is truly amazing! The photos are very accurate, breathtaking view of the beach, Hawaiian themed décor and truly everything you need at your fingertips. We were a family consisting of two adults and three kids and this place had everything we needed; Well stocked kitchen with pots, plates and cutlery, beach chairs, a cooler, and even beach toys! Excellent value and communication from owner. HIGHLY recommended!
