Escape To Maui! Beautiful 1 Bedroom With Amazing Ocean Views

This lovely one bedroom unit, located in the Royal Kahana Resort has beautiful sweeping views across the water including the islands of Lanai and Molokai. You can enjoy the water view and spectacular sunsets from the lania, living room and bedroom. The Royal Kahana is centrally located between the Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts, in the quiet community of Kahana. Royal Kahana's ideal location means that guests are within minutes of all of the activities that make Maui the #1 vacation destination in the world.
There is a spacious beachfront swimming pool, beach front BBQ/picnic area, comprehensive on-site fitness room, ping pong table, and many more amenities are included. Swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and surfing are all at their best on the beach right in front of the resort. The unit is decorated in island decor and includes king size bed, sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV in the living room and bedroom, and large walk through closet. The kitchen and bathroom have been ungraded with granite counter tops. Parking is available on site. Parking is $18.00 per day, and must be paid at the Royal Kahana front desk. TA-027-479-6544-01

We loved the condo that we stayed in. There was a lovely patio with a gorgeous ocean view for breakfast and happy hour. The area had beautiful vistas, lovely beaches and fun food trucks nearby. The condo itself was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We were sad to leave!

Royal Kahana is located in a great spot. The view from our lanai was very beautiful as were the sunsets each evening. The building is dated but it really didn’t matter. The unit we rented was clean and neat and came with everything we needed. It could use new windows or weatherstripping as the wind howl Through the apartment was loud. We remedied that by opening the doors and windows. The pool was heated and nice and the bbq area was great. The bbqs were very clean and worked great. The staff on site were all very friendly. We would stay here again.

This was a beautiful condominium. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. We had an issue with the sleeper couch and called the owner. They were very responsive and caring. It needed a new mattress and the next day it was brought in and replaced. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condo overlooking the ocean and pool. Clean and had everything needed for a great vacation. Bed is very comfortable. Plenty of parking and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Cheri is an amazing host. Check in process and communication was smooth. Their home is beautiful and clean. We spent afternoons on the balcony reading, talking and watching turtles swim by. This trip was like a second honeymoon for us and we were able to decompress from our normal daily busy life. We plan to rent from them again in the future.

The view from the lanai was so picturesque and serene The calming sound of the waves felt so good. The apartment was very clean with no bugs and had everything we needed from linens, toiletries to utensils in kitchen. Very well equipped with prompt communication by Cheri. Would love to come back!!

My wife and I stayed here for our trip to Maui. This was a special trip since we got married. This condo was amazing and served all of our needs for our wedding vacation. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai, then catching the stunning sunsets at night. It was nice using the full kitchen to cook so we did not have to eat out every meal. The condo was fully stocked and had all we needed. Great location near some amazing beaches as well. Thanks for the stay and I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

We had a wonderful stay on Maui in this property. We enjoyed all the kitchen supplies and equipment available for us. While we didn’t do much cooking, we never needed something that wasn’t there. There were plenty of water and picnic supplies. We liked having a cooler to take along so we could have cold drinks and snacks where ever we wandered. And the we could stop at our convenience and pick up groceries without a special trip. There were a couple of minor things that came up, including a problem with the tv. As it turned out, it may have been operator error. They came out on New Year’s Day to help but we had figured out what went wrong before they arrived. The service representative checked several TV related things while he was there And we didn’t have any further problems. The unit was very clean, supplies were plentiful and we loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. We would definitely stay at the unit again if going to Maui!

Everything was perfect as the owners described. They were responsive to our every need. The only negative was the noise of the leaf blowers that roared for 2 hrs every morning and the noise from the repairs in the condo next to ours. But, I am sure if the owners or the staff had any control over the situations described they would have promptly taken care of them. Thank You for a wonderful stay.

Great views. Clean property. Location was convenient. Great views of sunrise and sunsets. Had an issue with water pressure. Emailed owner, got a call with 15 minutes. Quick response. About the only complaint i had was the elevator response was a bit slow. Property was well maintained. Would definitely stay again! Mahalo

We enjoyed our vacation at the condo. The owner updated the home within the last 2 years with new flooring and furniture. Very attractive! The condo was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Our one disappointment was the shoreline beach was gone. With surf surge and rising ocean levels (here is evidence of climate change!) the small but walkable beach of two years ago no longer exists. Obviously, this is not under the control of the condo owner. Thank you for sharing your Hawaiian condo!

My girlfriend and I spent almost two weeks in Hawaii, couple days in Kihei and then the rest of the trip here. Though we paid more in Kihei, I liked this condo just as much! The decor has a great vibe that gets you in the island mood and the porch is AWESOME. Amazing views of sunsets and turtles swimming! The owners also have it stocked with everything you need for the kitchen and beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, more). On that note, as some reviews say the beach area directly in front of the property is sometimes closed due to high surf and you do have to be careful of the reef, but all you have to do on those days is walk to the property directly to the left and the beach goes back a little further which was no big deal at all. You are also only a 10-15 drive to beautiful beaches in Kaanapali or Kapalua Bay - same applies to dining and shopping and there are also at least 3 bars/breweries within walking distance. I think you would be hard pressed to find much better value anywhere on VRBO. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was I thought the bed was uncomfortable - loud and bouncy and when your partner moves you hear and feel it - pretty sure it's just an old mattress with an egg crate style pad on top. Not saying a rental property should have a $5000 bed but for a place most people stay and sleep least a week, was definetely below par in comparison to the rest of the condo. I would definitely still reccomend staying here! Thanks for a very nice stay.
