We love the cleanliness and ozonated odor of the bedding, mattress and pillows are comfortable. Its location is superb as the airport shuttle to Kagoshima airport is right next door, 5-10 minutes walk to Kagoshima chuo station and shopping malls. However we noticed mold on the toilet wall that was covered up. If you are allergic to mold this may be an issue. The noise is the biggest problem here if you are not on a top floor, you can hear furniture dragging, door closing and banging. It serves tourists and those can be very rowdy until past midnight. Checkin process was confusing with the ID verification, duplicate registration was asked again at the checkin tablet despite we did pre-register online. There was no staff onsite, need to call them via tablet but their English proficiency can be a bit of trouble. After a long travel day if you have deal with checking in process that confuses you, you may be frustrated.
