"The staff are wonderful, both kind and efficient. The reception were helpful and made one feel so welcome on arrival. Getting there at night can be tricky as google maps is wrong while there are few signposts showing the way. The setting is fantastic and what a tranquil and relaxing place! Great place to see Nyungwe forest from."

"This hotel is not true to pictures. There were no mosquito nets and the beds were not 4 poster ones. In fact, one of our rooms had mismatched beds altogether. The beds are on the floor and the mattresses are like cement slabs. The construction of this place seemed hurried and lacked polish. This hotel is SO not worth $200/night! The only things that we enjoyed here were the friendly staff and good breakfast, but even these did not make up for this place’s 2-star quality."

"I cant express how amazing this property is! This resort is absolutely beautiful!! The interior decor of the hotel is designed perfectly. The views outside the property of the Congo and Lake Kivu is a showstopper! The food was so delicious and fulfilling. The service from staff was top notch!
