The staff was excellent, however the resort needed repairs, and several things in our room did not work. We finally moved to another room. Also, the availability of food and drinks was a challenge.

Excellent service and great room. Just remember to check your bill upon checkout especially if you have all inclusive as it added alot of things that were already included in our package and had to be manually removed by guest services team.

This is for the quiet traveler looking for quality accommodation and easy access to reef. There is no nightlife and no other development aside from this small resort. Sunrise, snorkel, massage, sunset, repeat.

This is not the place if you are looking for hustle and bustle. This is a place to unwind, and relax into the rhythm of Fiji time. The food is excellent, especially dinner. Do not go expecting Western style food service, but lovely Fiji style doting

Serenity Island was truly a wonderful experience - the staff is so incredible. We hope to come back and visit with them again soon!
