"Everything is great , hard to tell what is available at hotel and what’s not, signs aren’t updated. Room services is really nice but hard to tell which card will do everything. Even I ask for cleaning they leave cups dirty till you inform the room keeper to change the cups by notes. "

"If you need to stay near the airport this hotel is perfect. One stop to the airport, 2 minute walk to the hotel from the train station. Lifts available and easily accessible to and from train station to hotel. Modern hotel, yet charming Japanese touches like the onsen and tatami mats in the room."

"Hotel was nice, just double check when you book if you want a smoking room or not. I did not realize they offered smoking room. Also they only off airport transportation till 8:55am so if you have a later flight it will cost you about 500 yen to get from hotel to airport, it’s not a bad train ride though just 1 stop. Hotel is 3 mins from train station so very convenient, there is also a mall on the other side of train station if you wanted to walk around and get some food. "
