"Perfect hotel for the purpose of our stay - visiting family. Good breakfast buffet, staff friendly and helpful. Room service avaliable ONLY when specifically requested at reception. We stayed for five nights and asked for fresh towels etc at reception after we realised that there is no room service provided. This is not a problem once you are aware of this. But mayybe a note in each room to let guests know about this could be helpful. Otherwise all good!"

Suggestions for the management: clarify that this is not a real "palace" but a property that was built 10-20 years ago (staff did not have much information about it). It is a beautiful building but wish there was more information available about how its history. "
