With the 2029 anticipated passage of Bill 9, we want our guests to know: we have no plans to sell our beloved Maui vacation home. For over two decades, we've welcomed families from around the world and shared in their unforgettable memories here. If short-term rentals are ultimately phased out, we’ll continue to use this home as our cherished second residence, not for sale, and never abandoned.
Until then, we remain committed to providing a warm, personal stay to every guest who walks through our door.

Kaanapali Royal does not offer free parking. There is a flat $154 parking fee per stay (not per day), which is paid when you register your vehicle at the Kaanapali Royal Office.
The one-time parking fee includes one parking space for your entire stay. A second vehicle must be approved in advance by the Kaanapali Royal manager. Golf carts and scooters are not permitted.

o The main floor bedroom suite with a California King bed, twin hide-a-bed, smart TV, and a full private bathroom
• Straight ahead:
o A spacious dining area with seating for six
o To the right, a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, filtered water faucet, and everything needed to prepare meals
• Two steps down leads to a sunken living room featuring:
o A sectional sofa and lounge chair
o 75” smart TV with streaming and Bluetooth options
o Sliding glass doors that open to the large lanai, with two dining tables (one seats 6, one seats 4) and beautiful sunset views
• The staircase next to the downstairs bedroom leads to the private upstairs master suite, complete with:
