"This property is cheap and budget friendly. For those who are looking for a better than budget hotel stay, this is a recommended place. The unit comes with bath tub and all ammenities is there. Also there is swimming pool. Location wise is near to all the popular landmark which make it very easy to access. Overall good place to experience. "

"Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...

"We stayed in this property with my family, the rooms were really clean, the service was great and staff were really helpful and responsive at all times. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb. Shared washer and dryer were available for a fee, but not in the apartment."

"Overal residence is so damn nice but the house looks like apartment. Very normal looking, so minimal furniture, not homey. Leakage in the bathroom and host didn’t reply. However they compensate me with RM200 while I paid RM1200 for 2 nights. View from pool is super nice but from our room is meh. "

"Property location was excellent and facilities were good. However, this was offset by sleepless nights due to horrific traffic noises that could be heard even on the 33rd FL! 33A above us were also inconsiderate people rearranging furtniture and crashing about at 2AM in the morning. Additionally the owner of 33-03 gave us a defective TV and did not change it even after our complaints. Property maybe good value with a good location but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. "Roof was leaking whole of our two days of stay. Although they said someone will come to fix it, no one came. However, they did not charge us the additional cleaning charges and tourism tax. One of the bathroom showers were broken and did not work. Parking charge is more than what is mentioned in the description. "

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend. "
