"Our stay was great! The kids loved the pool area and the room was clean upon check in. There were some renovations being done in the office area so the new office area was still accommodating. The only downside was that the laundry room was not in working order. The washers worked fine but the dryers did not have any heat in them so our clothes had to be taken off site near the airport for drying, after multiple times of trying to dry our loads. I didn't know the hotel went through a third party so by the time i had to go to the airport, i was told by staff that someone could've came to fix it."

"Spa was much needed and has excellent amenities. Our little one’s absolutely loved the pool with the slide! Very family friendly."

"The room was perfect for two adults and two children for our overnight trip to Legoland! The staff was extremely helpful and kind - especially “Z” at the front desk. We were able to check in early which was very helpful for us. We always need a two room suite with the kids so we were so happy to have found a well priced option within walking distance to Legoland. The directions to walk to the park were straightforward and the walk was as short as they said! We will definitely be back!"
