"The room wasn’t up to my standards as far as cleanliness. The fridge was dirty and had stains on the outside and the shower needed to be deep cleaned. Also hallway had a strange smell. "

"This place was extremely disgusting and poorly maintained. There was mold inside the cabinets, cobwebs all throughout the corners of the walls, and spiders in the room. I also found a large bug on the bed, which was very disturbing. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and it made the stay very uncomfortable."

"We had a handicap room. Which I did not request so that was water all over the bathroom floor each time we took a shower. I called down to room service to get more towels. I had to go get them instead of someone coming to bring them to me. Our room did NOT get cleaned for two days. I’m not sure what the issue was. We did NOT have a do not disturb sticker on the door."

"There were a few things, makeup or something on one of the pillows, I just put it off to the side, and the bottom sheet had a tear in it, my foot snaged it a few times. But the rest of the room was clean, the bed didn't have other weird stains or smells. I slept great so that huge plus."
