We went to Haridwar for Arthi Visargan and stayed the night here after Ganga Aarti. The hotel is 20 minutes drive and is very clean and staff was great. At the reception the service of Sumit Sharma the Front office Manager was exceptional. The room service was good. Rooms are big and good and clean, washroom was big and clean. Next day we had breakfast buffet which was good but ended very early. The breakfast service experience was enhanced by Sachin waiter.

This is a little gem of a boutique hotel very close to the Ganges. The neighborhood is a little rough, but transportation can take you nearly to the front door and once through it, you’re transported into a world of elegance and comfort. Over all it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms are good size with all the comforts. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel is little bit far from all the religious happenings but all the other amenities were close by. We will for sure refer this hotel to our friends.

Overall Property location, staff, rooms and maintenance and services are great. You can walk to Har ki Paudi and Roopeway to Mansa Devi easily in addition to being close to famous eateries and markets.
What are the challenges?

The Team at hotel Mahadev Rishikesh was very nice and accommodating. The manager even went out of his way to help in matters outside of the hotel and I highly recommend this hotel. Plus, it is steps away from Neem Karoli Baba’s temple which was very nice. Oh, and they cook very delicious food as well!

Enjoyed my stay here. Owner Saamarth was very helpful, carrying for all my needs. Food was very good. Hotel staff very friendly, rooms very clean large, hot water. Close to Ganga very close to Parmarth Niketan. Felt safe , security at night. Close downtown Rishekish locations. Will stay again. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Overall a very great experience. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, bathroom was good. We had our breakfast at the restaurant there. Food was tasty and very filling. Only thing was that this place is ~4km from Har Ki pauri where there are quite a few temples and the Bazaar for shopping. If you have a car with you, then even the distance is not a problem. I would definitely stay there next time I visit Haridwar.
