"I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates were clean, the view was fantastic with the properties design and layout meaning everyone gets an external view (ours was of the mountains and the sunset was fantastic). The shower was very powerful and worked well, plus the bedroom was clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Our son used the sofa bed in the livingroom and slept well. We visited in August and it was hot, but because it was technically out of season, parking was free with lots of spaces and the area was relatively quiet. We reccomend taking the ski lift up to the top of the mountain for incredible views. We will be returning in winter and we will definitely attempt to rebook this location. It's all set up for skis and boards with external lockers that are lockable and the lockers are just outside your room, so nice, safe and in the warm."

Amazing rooms, unbelievable breakfast and dinner, nice walks nearby and only 30-min taxi into Granada. Nice pool area. Quiet and relaxing, classy and unpretentious. We loved it. "Dominoc and Krista are the owners of this beautiful home up in the valley of Valle de Los Pinos.....30minute drive to Granada. The scenery if beatiful, you most croos over a dam and lake to get to this city. Its lovely drive up...the home is very clean, nice and welcoming. Has 3 or four levels....our room was located on 2nd floor...then therw is a small terrace on 3rd....and full terrace balcony on 4th. Also has jacuzzi on main floor patio. Breakfast was great and plantiful. The host are great and very willing to give out information around points of intrest. My wife and I are from Costa Rica and live in Houston. Highly recommend this great place!"

"Dany is nice but I didn't find that property looks like listings photos ! In my Opinion this is good bed and breakfast that can make the trick for a getaway holiday (it was not my case)"

"We stayed for 5 nights on half board for a walking holiday. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and, in particular, the swimming pool in the early evening. The reception staff were highly professional and the restaurant staff were friendly. The evening menu only changes once a week which meant some repetition in our actual selections of food."

"Really lovely place to stay, from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in late was no problem as they have 24 hour reception. The room was clean and well equipped. The shower was great. Air con worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool wasn't busy (stayed late May) and the grounds were varied and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Fantastic hotel. Located on a hilly city, it overlooks the valley where Granada is located offering a splendid view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Mine had a private balcony. The main terrasse has a pool and plenty of seating options. They offer a varied breakfast and several dining options. I will remember this stay for my entire life so much I enjoyed it."
