Unit 50 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wading pool for toddlers. Communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large, grassed area for the kids to play. Each unit has 2 bays for parking.

This unit sleeps 6 guests; the bedding arrangement is 3 x Queen
Please note:
• Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.
• Air conditioning to the living area and main bedroom
• Ceiling fans throughout
• Only enough consumables are provided for one night.
• There is NO Wifi at this property.
• Communal pool and BBQ area, pool open 8am-7pm daily
• This is not a pet friendly property.

You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
