To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following property guidelines before booking:



Rental Agreement & Identification: Upon booking, the primary guest must provide a copy of their driver's license and sign our vacation rental agreement.



Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.



No Pets: Pets are not permitted in the condo. Please also note that Juno Beach is pet-free.



Second-Floor Condo: This property is located on the second floor. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.



Parking: Two assigned parking spaces are included with your reservation. Additional parking may be available at the nearby public beach parking lot, subject to availability.
