"We had a wonderful stay at this home.Our days were hot and long in Grand Island. This house was the perfect spot for our group—spacious, clean, and so peaceful. After busy days in the “city”, it was such a treat to come back to a quiet, calming location instead of a crowded hotel.We especially loved the quiet evenings sitting on the deck, soaking in the fresh air and watching lightning bugs dance across the lake. "The property was clean and smelled so good! David replied quickly to our questions. You can tell the house is older, but has been updated and so cute. Beds were comfortable. If we come back to town, we'll definitely stay there!"

"From the pictures, the house appeared older but clean, which I was fine with. However, when I arrived, the experience was quite different. The first sign was when I used a washcloth and noticed makeup stains still on it.The final straw was when I took a shower and grabbed a towel, only to find it was dirty. My adult child staying with me also mentioned the sheets looked stained, and when I checked, I was honestly horrified. At that point, I contacted management.On top of that, the house has some...

"The home is definitely showing its age with quite a few bumps and bruises. The lawn also needed some TLC. But everything worked and it was bright, cheery, clean and comfortable. Just fine for our 3 night stay. "
