"A beautiful peaceful countryside stay by the forest, I would love to go again but sadly the receptionist lady's behaviour was strange the way she looked at us, like we're not welcomed I love travelling and I visited over twenty countries but never happened this before. I'm not complaining but this is unusual specially on four star hotels."

"During a recent motorcycle trip, we needed a hotel at the last minute. This hotel had all we wanted and more, clean, great amenities, large secure alarmed garage for the bike. Yes, as others have said the rooms are a little dated, but do not let that put you off, the hotel is amazing and very clean."

"The hotel looks to be up a pedestrian zone but you can drive up and park outside. To park the car you have to go into the hotel to get the keys and fobs for the car park. "Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome. Unfortunately, we had forgotten our debit and credit cards, so we asked the receptionist if it was possible to withdraw cash via their debit card machine (Apple Pay). This wasn't possible. There was also no nearby bank with a phone (Apple Pay) to withdraw cash. We found this very disappointing. The lesson learned is that we will never forget our debit cards on vacation again.
