"The house itself is beautiful, with nice kitchen and living spaces, as well as good size bedrooms. Sauna, hot tub and heated outdoor swimming pool. Great location for skiing in the winter, but as we went in the summer we enjoyed the local Alsace - Colmar, Riquewihr, etc. very close to Colmar, Turckheim."

All the rooms were nice and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the garden was great for everyone. We enjoyed our stay a lot and are glad that we chose this place. "We are two families who stayed in this lovely home over Christmas. It is clean and comfortable with a lot of space to spread out. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool table. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Neuf Brisach is a charming small town and is close to many other great towns in the Alsace region, although you need a car to get around. Highly recommend!"

"Franchement en plus d' un accueil extrêmement sympathique (Kir et gâteaux faits maison) il y a tout dans ce chalet pour un séjour parfait au calme . Le jardin est aussi très agréable. Nous avons faits de superbes randonnées , de la luge à la station du Ventron, de la patinoire à la Bresse de l'equitation dans le village voisin Nous avons visité une confiserie et un atelier de fabrication de jouets en bois . "Es war alles wie beschrieben, außer das uns nicht klar war, dass wir uns die Saune mit den Gästen des anderen Hauses teilen mussten. Das hat aber zum Glück sehr gut funktioniert, wir konnten uns gut absprechen."

They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. Down up down up.The laundry listed is in a basment dungeon that is wet and dark. It costs 4$. The check in time was listed at 4 but it was closer to 5. The shower is beat up and...
