"First day check-in process with Ethan at front desk was very friendly and he did his best to help us move rooms seamlessly. I had seperate bookings since my reservations were last minute and the hotel's availability differed each day. "Would absolutely stay here again!!! Fantastic location. Walking distance to so many restaurants, shopping areas, and cultural spots. Easy to navigate. Excellent hotel staff service. Knowledgeable and great recommendations. Get ready to pay for the pool though with a 2 hour limit. $40 for 2 adults and 1 kid. Room was spacious and had great amenities. Needs a refresher of paint but that’s it. Excellent beds. Though, I prefer more firm pillows. One stop from N Seoul Tower. And walked to Namdaemun and myeondong shopping districts. Next to City Hall subway station. Overall 5 stars. "
