Enjoy a peaceful stay at this fabulous, newly constructed, 1-bedroom apartment conveniently located in Juneau. Enjoy riverfront sunsets and nature viewing from the 100 square foot open-air covered deck, 25 feet above ground level. The bedroom has top/down, bottom/up black out window shades for a peaceful rest.
High speed Starlink wireless internet keeps you connected and your favorite streaming services are available on the smart TV. Wander down just a few steps to the river to enjoy passing wildlife at the end of the day, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trailhead, merely 300 yards from the doorstep. The 3 mile trail is maintained year round, and is great for walking or running. The airport is a 10-15 minute walk or a 1 minute drive. Coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping is also walking distance away. Mendenhal Glacier visitors center is a 10 minute drive. Plenty of parking in the paved driveway.
