"We spent a week in June 2025 in this hot little apartment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean but the rug and sofa and the couch throw were all stained and filthy looking. The kitchen was lacking in many basics like mixing bowls and a grater and the frypans were non-stick but not really usable due to the deterioration of the coating. There was not enough cutlery or plates and bowls. This place is bare bones compared to most verb rentals. I do not recommend it."

"Over I had a wonderful stay, great communication, had a smooth check-in.But some parts of the house like the tub was not so clean. I found some hairs and had to clean it again myself before use."
