"AC was good. Pet friendly. Toilet barely flushes in pool area. Gym has no wipes, water, paper towels, was there for 4 days and was never replenished. Room no microwave Noisy refrigerator Pool supposed to be heated, sometimes Website advertising hot tub,that was no hot tub, which is what got me because i was looking forward to relaxing in it. Friendly staff was very good. Pool table sticks all bad with no tips except 1 out of 4 sticks Under renovations which we didn't know. Great location, very convenient to lots of things! "

"When housekeeping came, they remade the bed and changed the trash cans but left the obvious bags of trash next to the trash cans, they did not replace the toilet paper or tissues and both were needed as they were out. Also, one of the new towels left had a huge swipe of blood and a bloody smear was left on the tub while we were out. We asked if the hot tub was good to get into as it looked dirty and we were told someone was coming on the 2nd day of 4 we were there, when we asked if we could go in after the cane, we were told we would have to drive to another facility as theirs wasn’t working. Other than that, it was a good stay!"
