"The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a fresh feel throughout. It was great having two separate lounge areas and a generously sized dining table – perfect for larger groups. However, some practical issues affected our stay. The single beds were too short for taller adults (6ft), and with only 2 toilets – one being in an ensuite – sharing between 10 people wasn’t ideal. "Big house, kids loved the pool, beds are very comfortable. Lots of room in the house, easily enough for two families. 10mins walk from surf beach. 5-10mins drive to dinosaur fossil site and Eagles Nest. 5mins drive into town. "

"Staying across the road from the beach is fabulous but the house is in need of some tlc, whilst generally clean the big glass windows looking out to either deck were very dirty. The actual decking is badly in need of care and there are a few nails sticking up. The main oven didn’t work and there was no gas for the bbq. We were told to get a refill and would be refunded but being the public holiday we didn’t bother. Otherwise it is a spacious house with plenty of room and an extra downstairs room...
