Amazing 4BR home in the heart of Julian! Fire pit, Hot tub

The Blanc family built this in the 1800s and you'll feel like you're back in time during your time in this special home.

You'll walk into the home with an open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan. It includes dining table (for 8) in addition to a living area with 65" Roku smart TV. There are games and lots to do on snowy days!

One room has an attached full bathroom (Queen bed)
Two other rooms have Queen beds
One room (at the front of the house) has 2 X twin bunk beds.

There is also a sofa bed pullout sofa for additional guests.

The interior of the house has been cosmetically updated to include new flooring, fixtures, etc. You'll have all the comfort of modern amenities in Julian while also feeling like you're living in a historical gem.

There is no better location in Julian!

The backyard features its own fire pit, barbeque, and hot tub. Or just sit on the front porch and enjoy one of Southern California's most amazing towns!

Nice location
The house was somewhat functional however we were surprised to find NOT ONE HANGER in the place, NO closets, NO drawers for clothing, literally no way to unpack your things. An over abundance of linens, but seemed old and a lot were stained. There was one armoire in one bedroom, but it was stuffed full of linens. We were in for a wedding, so did not spend a lot of time in the house, but could have used a place to hang dresses, suits etc.

Great location in Julian
This 4 bedroom home was in walking distance to Main street in Julian. There was a full kitchen and a nice backyard with good seating areas. It was too cool to use the outdoor Jacuzzi but it was available and heated. I liked that each room had its own TV, but there were no places to store clothing (no closets, shelves, or drawers in the bedrooms).

House is conveniently located just a short walk into town. Nice house. Clean, well appointed. We didn’t need a four bedroom house for the two of us but liked the house and will return.

Charming!
Excellent location in Julian. Beautiful home with great bed rooms and bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious. Communication with host was easy and quick reply. Overall amazing!!
