"This is a good value option for staying in Kiruna, with all the facilities you really need but no luxuries. Though the parking is as easy as can be and the outside seating area is very nice. However there is no staff and therefore no service after 8pm, and if you are on holiday you might want to ask for a room at the back of the building since most guests are contractors and will be leaving in their vans from the car park at the front, from 5am onwards."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bishop Arms hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was clean and comfortable."

"The breakfast buffet was very good, pancakes for the kids, fresh bread with an excellent variety of toppings including smoked and cured salmon. The sauna was very nice (note that it is a co-ed shared sauna). But the indoor pool was not heated (at least not sufficiently for my taste). Much of the area around the hotel was under construction. The library room was closed due to remodel. The room was very nice with a bunk bed for the kids."
