"酒店服務員態度非常好，酒店雖然有點舊，但地毯也算乾淨無異味，清潔房間人員服務到位。房間比較其他新酒店闊落，可以放置很多皮篋，整體而言非常滿意。"

"Convenient location with easy access to transportation. Small but very efficient and comfortable room. Incredible shower/bath! The staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of the restaurant manager who was uncharacteristically (for the property and Japan in general) rude and curt. Besides the restaurant experience I’d very strongly recommend the property."

"I loved the AC, the change of towels, trash, etc. The hotel provides Q-tips, razors, bath towels, shower caps, combs, tooth paste, etc. The hotel is next to a bus stop that takes you to shinjuku station or shibuya. The streets are not noisy or bright, it’s a very calm location. The only thing i noticed that is easily fixable, on the sides in between the wall and the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom there’s either an algae or mold build up. Otherwise the room was very clean."

"The hotel was really good overall. The breakfast buffet is a great way to get your day started. It was a little surprising just how small the rooms are. A few things to note for older travelers or those with mobility concerns. The restrooms in the rooms are elevated and there is quite a steep step up."
