"Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und zufriedenstellend. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Die Umgebung war in Ordnung, aber für eine Nacht war uns das nicht so wichtig. Parkplätze gab es so keine, aber direkt daneben ist eine Tiefgarage. Also alles kein Problem."

"Loved this relatively new build apartment hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the accommodation is high quality and well maintained. My only slight disappointment is that the few English speaking channels in the tv were all news related. But I know you are supposed to be doing things and not watching tv all the time. Still a couple of movie channels would be helpful fill in down time."

"The room was ok, the stay was fine and the owner is great. The problem is that the location showed on the map is actually not accurate... We actually had to drive an extra 20 mins away from the city before getting to the hotel. This is because their address is not correctly entered. We have a stroller and were expecting to walk the downtown area which we couldn’t do anything and had to take the transit as Cologne is mostly pedestrian. "Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. "The hotel was close to the main station which was very convenient and it had good facilities. For a business traveller it provided a comfotable stay. Overall would definitely come again. The only downside I had was that the TV had a screen mirroring function but I couldn't get it to work because the TV could not connect to the hotel WIFI - however, the stay was still excelllent"

"Objekt war als Ferienhaus ausgeschrieben. Zuerst war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett. Es gab Infos wo der Schlüssel liegt und über die Parkmöglichkeiten. Als wir am Abend ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Ferienhaus eher eine Monteurwohnung ist und die Bilder aus einer längst vergangenen, schöneren Zeit stammen... So weit so gut. Bei Betreten des Badezimmers kam uns ein übler Geruch nach Schimmel entgegen. Es gab Spinnenweben wie normal in Garagen oder Gartenhäusern zu...
