"Absolutely faultless. We went as a group of friends to spend a long weekend away and we couldn't have stayed in a more perfect and serene lodge. We were fully equipped with everything we needed. Charlie, the host, paid us a visit to introduce herself on the Saturday and was really friendly. The hot tub was the absolute highlight. Overall, the perfect stay for a group of friends looking for a getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed and would 100% consider coming back"

"My wife and I and our friends stayed here for 3 days over new year. The barn conversion property was excellent very well kept with every kitchen gadget you could need or want. We would recommend staying here to anyone. As it was the weather was awfull during our stay so we were unable to experience the walks in the local area. The scenery alone was a joy. Communication with the owners was also first class."

"Quarry House was an amazing venue for our extended family Christmas celebration. We had 12 people from 9-74 and a dog and all had a great time. The house looked beautiful all lit up and decorated. We particularly appreciated the amazingly well equipped kitchen. There was nothing at all that we missed even down to spare batteries. There were clear instructions on how to operate everything and helpful local information. We enjoyed walks in the woods, soaking in the hot tub and warming up in front of the log burner. We had an issue with a power cut on the 1st night. This was outside anyone’s control but the owner was very helpful in communicating with us and finding out the cause of the problem and it was quickly resolved. All in all the house was perfect for our needs and we may very well rent it again (if they’ll have us!)"
