"The house is beautiful and spacious, designed to host a lot of guests. It is very nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and large as well as the bedrooms, each with its own terrace and bathroom. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay. The location is very quiet at the very end of a street, there are lots of lighting inside the property around the yard. You could walk to downtown Tepoz, but it might take about 25 minutes or more. There is a coffee shop about 10-15 min...

"We had a wonderful trip with our friends inclusive of 5 teen boys and a grandma. The house was perfect for all of us. Hot showers and a great location with easy access to Coyocan shops. "

"Excellent property for friends or couple's trip. The area is safe and the property very secure. Great location within walking distance of many cantinas, restaurants and the Centro de Coyoacan / Iglesia San Juan Bautista."

"There was no hot water in the up stairs showers. The breaker would constantly jump. We were never ask if we needed more clean towels. Also there is no heater or an air conditioner. Also there is only one front door we would have to share if another family would have rented the Vrbo In the same complex. We didn't like that idea. The lady that meet us at the house ask us to also water the plants. Who does that?"
