"La atencion fue muy buena, hubieron unos temas con las cerraduras pero nos apoyaron inmediatamente. Limpieza buena, depende mucho con qué huéspedes te toque, al inicio estuvo todo perfecto y al final una pareja muy sucia con el baño. Un tanto ruidosa la locación por unas obras y los coches que pasan, Pero en general buenas instalaciones, y acceso fácil, buena ubicación."

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful."

"I absolutely adored staying here. If you’re a Frida Kahlo fan, you MUST stay here because it is across the corner from it! It is also an easy walk to the Coyoacán neighborhood center with delicious eating options there & on the way. My only SLIGHT complaint is that the WiFi was a little wonky, but I would recommend a thousand percent!"
