"The hotel was very nice, luxurious and well maintained, also great location in middle of all bars and restaurants and shopping places
the front desk staff were mostly polite but lacking enough people in rush hours (you could wait a while even in line if you are a Bonvoy member)
The restaurants in the hotel are very nice with good menu and drinks
The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillow and nice amenities but the linen and towels didn’t smell good at all , not sure what they use for laundry detergent , the AC / heater sound was loud especially if you try to change the temp
All in all , nice hotel but could use improvement in staffing , better detergent and fixing the AC"
