"Nice restaurant area and great view, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was helpful on arrival and called taxi when needed. The only downside is that, it could have been closer to Palma"

"Had no email to help with checkin then room air con didnt work and no hot water. Second day was promised both had been fixed when i got to room in evening both air con and hot water had not been fixed. Was offered 25e off first night, not accepted. To be lied that room was repaired was worse than initial problem, now 2 nights no hot water and no aircon is disgraceful "

"The room was very clean and well planned, more than usual hotel rooms. Lots of wardrobe space and build in space to put your bag. The shower had a fixed shower glass screen which is much better than the flimsy doors or curtains that you sometimes get. "
