"The hotel is big and somewhat beautiful on the out side. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great. Most of the staff are in need of training about customer services. The restaurant that suppose to be included in the package are very hard to get a reservation and staff give you a hard time when you ask for help to make a reservation.
