"the location was superb and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The reason for 4 stars on cleanliness has to do with sulfur smell from shower water. The hosts were wonderful."

"Picture perfect Provence! Accommodations were comfortable and beautiful inside and out. Quiet location down a private lane, yet easy short walk to the center of Gordes which proved an exceptionally beautiful village. Small knock for check out as the cleaner and property manager arrived and asked to start 30 minutes early (at 9:30am).. not ideal for our last breakfast moment, but I suppose we could have sent them away and said "non merci!" and overall highly recommend and would stay again. Merci!"

"Campaigner Truc is ideal for a vacation in the Vaucluse. The property is comfortable and well-equipped with two beautiful balconies overlooking the plateau and surrounding mountains. "This would be great for a get away from it all break. But it was too remote for us, so we ended up going to Cannes for 3 days! House was nice, couple of gripes Bedroom door did not close which was awkward as we stayed with friends. Lots of wasps so stung a few times but it’s the edge of a forest. "Spectacular property in a great location! Very private with a beautiful pool for those long hot days in the summer. Only a kilometre from Rousillon and within an hour drive or less of Les Beau Villages. Each bedroom has a private bathroom so great for large groups. The kitchen has two dishwashers which makes clean up really easy with a professional stove and two fridges. "Fabulous staff, pool, surroundings, breakfast and great snacking menu in the afternoon and evening! Not too bad of a walk to Gordes with the lookout view along the way and an easy drive to nearby Roussillion (or by taxi arranged by the hotel) Highly recommend!!"
