"I got to the hotel earlier than check in time, but the staff was accommodating with holding my bag's until check in time. When I arrived to check in they already had my bags put into my room for me. So many more things the staff did, but I must say the experience was just awesome. I wish there was a six star rating because this hotel deserves it. From the room, to the breakfast, to the service, and definitely the staff."

"I like everything at the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly, the cleaning staff does great work, the hotel is very convenient with the washer, the amenities, Jonathan's, near Shinkoiwa station, great restaurants and shopping around. "Absolutely loved our stay. Hotel was so close to the station and incredible dining options including - 7 Eleven, Family Mart etc. Rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The public bath was amazing. They will store bags as well if you have a late flight or if you arrive early which is a great bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I ever come back to Tokyo. "

"We loved it, the train station was so close and so many things near us. It felt nice to leave the busyness of the main cities however to still feel connected and not too removed. Rooms were clean, staff was so nice. They offered so many toiletries for free. There was also access to a room where you can grabs drinks and water from 12PM to 12AM. "

"A very convenient location that is a few minutes walk from train station, though it is on a busy commercial street with a lot of restaurants, its rooms are sound proof and very quiet inside, staff are extremely polite and helpful, its rooms are much larger than those hotels in the Tokyo core districts. The breakfast is the highlight, we stayed in this hotel for 7 days, and breakfast is different everyday, more Japanese style and very delicious."

"This hostel is the best of the best. I give it an easy 5 stars for everything it has and offers. Showers are great, warm water. Bathrooms are all clean! If you get to the hostel late you can let yourself in. The bes was comfy, the room was cozy and snug. Thank you! "
