"First time at a La Quinta, likely the last. First room no hot water, second room, hot (in March) ac not working properly, 2 tbs in a suite that did not work. Front desk said issues with cable, was not fixed. The kicker for me was the disgusting amount of toenail clippings all over the carpet that were not mine. "

"The hotel was decorated beautifully and the room was clean for the most part. The beds were comfortable and for such a short overnight stay it worked well for my family."

"The check in process started out the stay very disappointing. Address to property was incorrect, followed by an electronic entry that didn’t work. The host and owner didn’t answer the phone for quite some time. Finally got a hold of one of the owners while chatting with VRBO. Had to use alternative key to get in after almost an hour. Once in the owner said a plumber needed to come by to fix a handle at 6:00pm. Very inconvenient around our quick one night stay. Location was semi close to South Congress but more than likely not the parts most would want to be on. Would hesitate to recommend based on our experience. "

"I was pretty disgusted when i found rat poop on the tables and some black stuff in the shower. I honestly just got there and fell asleep. When i woke up to take a shower i found all of that. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. "
