- Morgan Estates welcomes you to our Joshua Tree Desert Retreat which is just minutes from the west entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. This house, with breath taking views of the desert and mountains, is located approximately 5 minutes from the park, 3 minutes to Joshua Tree Village, 10 minutes to Yucca Valley and 45 minutes to Palm Springs. Includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from Walmart, and restaurants such as Country Kitchen, New York Pizza, etc.

- Place all towels in a pile on the floor of the bathroom and you can leave beds unmade.
- Place dishes, cups, and utensils in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher at least 2 hours before check-out.
- Ensure the BBQ grill is completely turned off and cleaned if it was used.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
- Place the hot tub cover over the hot tub and ensure all sides are secured.
- Ensure the fire pit and bbq grill are completely turned off.
- Ensure all furniture is placed in their original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
