- Dog-friendly: Up to 2 dogs allowed (no other pets without approval) Dogs must be on leash outside. No fenced in yard. Please clean up after your pet.
- Free parking for up to 4 vehicles
- Guests must be at least 21 to book; under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- This is an upper unit to a two unit property. There is a lower unit that could be rented separately. There is a designated parking space for the lower unit(far right) as well as a separate entrance (lower) and patio space.
