"Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important. "The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond au téléphone, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé via le site Hôtels . Le 19 aout alors que nous cherchions l’établissent niché dans la montagne, ne le trouvant pas( par manque de de panneaux nous...
