"This is a beautiful home and better than the pictures. We loved the attention of detail that was added to the decor that made it feel like home. We were really surprised to see a Christmas tree set up for us when we arrived on Christmas Day. Really loved all the rooms and updated appliances from a convection oven, induction stove and double drawer dishwasher. Ben was always available and even had someone come to the house to help us flip a breaker to the tv within an hour, on Christmas...

"The location was convenient to everything in town. Something of a language barrier communicating with the hosts, but not insurmountable. The couch was a bit gross, and someone else's food was in the refrigerator when we got there."

"Beautiful old home with lots of character. The house is a little difficult to see due to the overgrown landscape. Surprisingly close to the falls but nice and quiet!"

"This house has character. The art work is well done, the house feels like a Victorian home. The owners checked in to make sure we were warm enough and added an extra mattress. They were very polite and tried hard. There are multiple elevations on each floor, making for tripping hazards. No smoke detectors visible. Just one entrance, not two. The furniture was quite adequate. No games, no books, no attraction list."

"The property was gorgeous and was perfect for our short Niagara Falls getaway! The views of the water were beautiful and the house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was perfect for a short drive to all of the nearby attractions while offering the convenience of having a home rather than a hotel. I would highly recommended this property and would certainly stay here again on a future Niagara Falls visit."

"We was disappointed with cleaning, a lot of dust in the top of the Master bed, the sheets and pillows were dirty, we found hair in the bed and there were trash from other guests. Good location and neighbors."

"The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it)."
