"Our room wasn't ready at 4:20 PM, but they found us another room and helped move our baggage to it. Very nice front desk staff. Room has a wall thermostat set to 70 degrees. It want it warmer, there is a switch for HEAT or COLD. We used HEAT for the nite at 71 degrees. The heater came came on but it was so loud. It woke us up a couple times in the nite. It went off for a couple hours and then ran for about 10 min. "

Asked for clean sheets and towels as we stayed overnight. This was not done. Door was jammed did not properly lock and shower felt weak as soon as you stepped in felt like it was going to cave in. "
