"The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping. "Large room with a balcony we couldn’t use due to weather but helpful because the windows are single pane and the road noise is high. Large shower with separate tub. There is a mini fridge and kettle for instant coffee or tea. The closet comes with four attached hangers but they will bring more if you ask. Not sure how the allocation of towels works but we had to ask to have facecloths delivered. No bar soap for the shower but attached liquid bath gel, shampoo & conditioner. There’s a guest...

"ROOM WAS OLD AND DINGEY. NO MINI BAR, VENTILATION POOR IN BATHROOM AND VERY SMALL. OUR ENTRANCE DOOR KEPT JAMMING LEAVING US STUCK IN OR OUTSIDE. REPORTED TO MANAGER WHO SAID THEY KNEW BUT NOT FIXED YET."
