Apartment completely renovated, located in the city center of the town of Jonzac (17500), 150 m from the castle, with free parking on the public road, close to all shops, tea rooms, restaurants, cinema, media library, market , places of worship.

The spa, the Caribbean Aqualudic Center, the casino and the leisure center are easily and quickly accessible.

A few kilometers away, there are several golf courses and a racing circuit.

The apartment includes:
- a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge, 4 ring hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle .... besides a sitting area with sofa, armchair, table, TV and DVD player.
