Free tea&coffees, and snacks of popcorn and some sweets in rest area in lobby. Outside sun terrace with free soft drinks, tea &coffee. Very good position on walk way of lake. Easy access to garage parking lots of room and organised with allocated spot for duration of stay. "

"the grounds of the property are really, truly lovely; we brought our dog, and there was lots of space for him to explore and roam around and enjoy, in addition to great patio and lovely views. the staff is just lovely, and very helpful; really, they couldn’t be nicer, honestly, as is so wonderfully typical of great service in Switzerland. the physical plant is good, if not great, and overall the hotel has surely seen better days, while the room renovations are a bit “hip,” such as no real closet or storage space but, instead, Ikea, open-storage-installations."
